Deposit or full payment must be made to secure booking prior to tour. All prices are in Australian currency (AUD) and include goods and services tax (GST).

Cancellations will be refunded 50% of full price. Cancellations made within 72 hours will not be refunded. Reduced numbers in group bookings will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to alter the itinerary and use other tour providers if necessary.

We accept no responsibility or liability for damage, loss, injury, delays or other problems whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly on a Chillout Travel tour.

We accept Visa/Mastercard only @ 2.9% credit card charge.

We accept Electronic Fund Transfer Payments (EFT) at no charge.
